ABOUT ARC
Aucto Ritas Consult (ARC) was established in June 2010; it is a Malaysian-based sole proprietorship of Surita Karamsingh, the founder and owner.
ARC specializes in talent strategy, leadership assessments, and development, working with CEOs, members of the Boards, and senior leaders, assessing, coaching, and mentoring them – with the key aim of helping established and emerging leaders identify their key strengths and gaps and work in greater alignment towards achieving superior business results.


SURITA KARAMSINGH
CEO/Founder
Surita is an Independent Management Consultant specialising in Talent Strategy. She is an expert in Leadership Development and has over 23 years of experience working with CEOs, Boards, and Senior Leaders – coaching and mentoring them, helping them discover and build upon their individual strengths in order to achieve superior business results.

As a seasoned coach, Surita brings a broad perspective to career, human resource and organizational issues - helping enhance an organization’s performance by applying best in class leadership practices that are customized to the cultural context and aligned to overall business strategy.
Her other areas of expertise include leadership/employer branding, talent and performance management, assessment centers, employee engagement / communications and HR rebranding.
Prior to forming her sole proprietorship, Surita worked with Korn/Ferry International’s Kuala Lumpur office from 2006 – April 2010. In her role as Client Partner & Head of the Malaysian leadership practice, Surita helped to build the Firm’s Leadership & Talent Consulting business across ASEAN, specializing in leadership profiling, 360 feedback facilitation & senior leadership coaching.

2000 – 2006: Surita worked as a Senior Consultant for Hewitt Southeast Asia’s talent, leadership & engagement practice whilst leading their Malaysian engagement/employee communications practice. She advised clients from multiple industries on how to strategically tie their employee development programs to their overall brand identity. In addition, she oversaw the biennial “Best Employer in Malaysia” studies.

1995 – 2000: Surita spent five years at Maxis Communications Bhd.’s Human Resources Division, where she ended her tenure leading career progression & development initiatives.
1992 – 1995: Surita began her career as a Training & Development Officer at Advanced Micro Devices Sdn. Bhd.


Surita holds a B.A. in Social Science with a dual major in Social Anthropology & Journalism from Deakin University in Australia (she graduated in1992).
